Understanding your sexual dosha can help you enhance intimacy and satisfaction in your relationships by aligning your practices with your natural tendencies and preferences. In Ayurveda, the traditional system of medicine from India, doshas are the fundamental energies or principles that govern the physical and mental processes of the human body. Each dosha is a combination of two of the five elements (earth, water, fire, air, and ether) and has its own unique characteristics and functions. You can view the information for each Dosha on the right side of the quiz form (bottom of the page on mobile).

Understanding your dominant dosha (Prakriti) and any current imbalances (Vikriti) can help you tailor your lifestyle and treatments to maintain harmony and health.
